Description

Under the direct supervision of group leaders, the operator executes an operation or a series of operations of the manufacturing process within a production line, receiving certified training in the operations of the areas that have been assigned, whether Fiber Optics or Electromechanics.

Likewise, training in operational skills (On the Job Training) is scheduled when he or she does not have the required experience and upon being certified, he or she will be assigned a workstation. And all those administrative activities that are required to develop the function.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review materials for the model to be produced.
• Keeps your work area clean and tidy
• Fill out production reports.
• Use the appropriate tool for the operation.
• Carry out your operations according to the established work instructions.
• Comply with established safety rules.
• Comply with internal work regulations.
• Inspect quality points of your operation.
• Communicate to your team when you detect failures.
• Execute your operation based on authorized procedures, methods and work instructions.
• Suggest changes in manufacturing processes.
• You can participate in additional activities to the process such as security brigades, joint security committees, cafeteria review committee, etc. according to the needs of the plant.
This position/function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment management system, its Policy, applicable standards and procedures.

EXPERIENCE
• At least 1 year experience in handling Fiber Optic Cable/FO Products
• Experience as a Fiber Optic Technician
