Job Vacancy: Tender Rate Breakdown Engineer / Quantity Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Falcon Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled Tender Rate Breakdown Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction division. We specialize in subcontracting civil construction works and require an experienced professional who can prepare competitive tender submissions, analyze drawings, and estimate costs with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze project BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare detailed tender rate breakdowns for civil works, especially concrete structural projects.
• Accurately calculate productivity rates and resources required for various tasks.
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, considering current Saudi market rates.
• Ensure alignment with local standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project manager to finalize competitive quotations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in tender rate preparation, with expertise in Saudi market rates and productivity standards.
• Proven ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of concrete structural works and other civil activities.
• Proficiency in estimation software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience working with large-scale subcontracting projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of local standards, regulations, and industry practices.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
