1. QC Documents Controller (Summary)
Role: quality control documentation to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain QC documents (MAR, MIR, WIR, CIR reports, test results, etc.)
• Ensure accurate logs and trackers, timely submission and approval of documents.
• Coordinate with teams and customer documentation accuracy.
• Implement document management systems and ensure version control.
Skills: Strong organization, knowledge of QC standards, proficiency in document control systems of contractor workflow

2. ICT/ELV Draftsman
Role: Prepares technical drawings for ICT/ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Create detailed layouts and wiring diagrams using CAD tools.
• Update drawings based on project changes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and conduct site visits for design accuracy.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, knowledge of ICT/ELV systems, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant codes
