Description

HSE Officer is responsible for managing all types of work permits on-site, conducts daily safety inspections, coordinates permit opening/closing with clients, secures approvals, and attends safety meetings.

Salary Range - 4000 to 5000 SAR
Experience - Minimum 5 to 8 yrs

The key responsibilities include:
1. In charge of the safety on site and the inspection of tools, equipment, Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE), housekeeping, safety barriers, sign boards, etc.
2. Manage reporting and corrective actions for near misses.
3. Conducts daily safety orientations and toolbox meetings.
4. Performs walkthroughs with the client.
5. Collaborates with work permit receivers from the company and client to ensure the execution of safety guidelines and adherence to safety regulations and targets on-site and off-site.
6. Obtains necessary approvals from different parties to open work permits on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Attends safety meetings and walkthroughs as per safety guidelines.
