Position 1: Civil Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and resources.

Requirements:

Proficiency in estimation/integration software such as Autodesk Revit, Trimble SysQue, or Primavera.

Strong knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Position 2: MEP Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.

Identify and recommend cost-saving strategies.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project estimates.

Requirements:

Proficiency in estimation/integration software such as Autodesk Revit, Trimble SysQue, or Primavera.

In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and cost estimation techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
