Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, the candidate will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure the effective use of data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Develop business plans and feasibility studies
• Generate ad hoc reports and provide recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain data governance standards.
• Automate data processes and optimize workflows to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies.

Qualifications
Required
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a Business Intelligence or data analysis role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in Excel and VBA.
• Familiar with utilizing AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is optional.
