We are seeking an experienced Laundry Manager cum Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing laundry operations and performing hands-on laundry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in laundry management and hands-on laundry work.
 Strong organizational and leadership skills.
 Knowledge of laundry operations, techniques, and equipment.
 Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage day-to-day laundry operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
 Supervise laundry staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper execution.
 Perform washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry as needed.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
 Ensure proper handling of laundry equipment and supplies.
 Monitor inventory and reorder supplies when necessary.
 Ensure high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction.
 Handle special laundry requests and ensure timely delivery.
 Troubleshoot any issues related to laundry equipment.
