We are looking for an experienced Tea Shop Manager cum Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a tea shop and also be hands-on in daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tea shop management and hands-on work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of different types of tea and snacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the tea shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff, assign tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of teas, snacks, and beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the shop, including both customer areas and kitchen.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
• Maintain cash registers, process payments, and balance daily sales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
