Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall direct ion in Maintenance Tasks, coordination, and Report of these Activates. Carries out Maintenance responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies.

3. Primary Responsibilities:

3.1 Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
3.2 Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. Resolve pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
3.3 Show expertise in working with team and independently. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
3.4 Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
3.5 Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.
3.6 Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks and bobcats.
3.7 Comply with company and customer regulations and policies.
3.8 Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists.
3.9 Handle time accounting ad complete work order.
3.10 Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
3.11 Ensure housekeeping area were worked on each and every job completion.
3.12 Other duties as assigned.

4. Education / Professional Qualification:

4.1. Education: Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another equivalent field.
4.2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience.

5. Experts and Skills:

5.1. Good knowledge of operations with solid handling facilitates (Conveyor/Feeder/Silo/Truck Loading/Crusher)
5.2. Firefighting and emergency skills.
5.3. Possess the flexibility to operate other plants of similar complexity, after a reasonable break-in period.
5.4. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively.
5.5. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
5.6. Good communication skills.
5.7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5.8. Good command of oral and written English.
