Description

Responsibilities:

* Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service.
* Create and maintain visual Products displays to promote showcase products.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor and analyze showroom performance metrics, such as foot traffic and conversion rates.
* Prepare daily report to management.

* Bachelor's Degree or above.
* 7 years of Experience in similar role or strictly strong technical experience in Cooling and AC field.
* Good understanding for the global market of Cooling and Air Conditioning spare parts.
* Good understanding on the local market.
* Communicates effectively with customers and suppliers.
* Profession in Microsoft Office suites.
* Sales and presentation skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Ability to communicate in Arabic.
