Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance, leave balances, and deductions.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and other compensation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
• Assist in audits and provide documentation related to payroll as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably within the construction or industrial services sector.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
