Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes for water transmission system projects.
Develop, manage, and update 3D models for various stages of the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM is applied effectively throughout design and construction phases.
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of clash detection and resolve any design conflicts using BIM software.
Prepare and review BIM execution plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Work closely with project managers to support scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning using BIM models.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on BIM standards and best practices to the project team.
Ensure the proper setup and use of BIM tools and technologies, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in BIM roles on construction projects, with a strong focus on water transmission system projects in Saudi Arabia.
Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.).
Strong understanding of Saudi construction standards and regulations.
Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and 3D visualization.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
