Role and Responsibilities




- Hiring Driver under Shdh App, Chefz, Hungerstation, Jahez, Keeta ..etc
- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure the efficiency of the driver as well as Driver acquisition on the target level
- Transportation Management: Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and fleet management, to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
- Logistics Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction driver acquisition cost
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.


Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management within the food delivery industry.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
