Job Description: HR & Manpower Coordinator
Position Overview:
The HR & Manpower Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s human resource operations and workforce requirements are effectively planned, coordinated, and implemented. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to forecast manpower needs, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure optimal utilization of human resources to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning & Allocation:

Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future workforce requirements.
Develop and maintain manpower plans to address staffing needs based on operational demands.
Track vacancies and ensure timely recruitment to maintain workforce levels.
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Liaise with hiring managers to identify candidates aligned with job specifications.
Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
HR Operations:

Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, job descriptions, and performance data.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee timekeeping systems.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information.
Employee Relations:

Act as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Address employee grievances and escalate complex issues to HR leadership as needed.
Promote a positive workplace culture and implement engagement initiatives.
Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
Track and document training activities for compliance and reporting.
Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports, including workforce metrics, turnover rates, and recruitment updates.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with HR leadership to implement system and process enhancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in workforce planning or resource allocation.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
Key Competencies:

Proactive approach to handling HR challenges.
