A well reputed company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia looking for BIM Coordinator for ongoing projects in Saudi Arabia.
Number of positions: 5
Work location: Saudi Arabia
Salary range: SAR 10K - 15K
Mode of interview: F2F & Online
Joining: Immediately or maximum with 30 days’ notice period

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Architectural.
7+ years’ proven experience as a BIM Coordinator.
Proven work experience as a BIM Coordinator in a reputed contracting company preferably in Gulf countries.
Complete knowledge of the building codes, safety standards, industry trends, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities and Job Description for BIM Coordinator:
1. Studying Project Requirements:
o Analyze project requirements and the IFC package provided by the Design Consultant.
o Ensure all project specifications are understood and implemented correctly.
2. Platform Management:
o Work on both local and cloud platforms to manage and share project data.
o Ensure seamless integration and accessibility of BIM models across platforms.
3. Task Management:
o Assign and manage tasks among team members to ensure efficient workflow.
o Monitor progress and provide support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
4. Coordination:
o Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
o Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
5. Modeling and Information Implementation:
o Develop and implement information requirements within BIM models.
o Ensure models are accurate and meet project standards.
6. Clash Detection and Resolution:
o Study and identify clash types using Revit and Navisworks software.
o Resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
7. Technical Assistance:
o Coordinate with the technical team and construction team to provide necessary assistance.
o Offer support and guidance on BIM-related issues.
8. Standards Compliance:
o Maintain a good knowledge of international standards such as ISO and PAS.
o Ensure all BIM processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
9. Responsibility and Accountability:
o Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility towards the company and the projects.
o Follow instructions from the line manager and ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
