Our company is looking for a Business Development Executive for an IT Company.(Male /Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking).
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the IT sector.
Client Acquisition:

Present IT solutions and services to potential clients.
Develop tailored proposals based on client needs, ensuring alignment with company services.
Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the point of contact for customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with the development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide feedback to the technical team based on customer requirements.
Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
Use CRM software to track interactions and sales progress.
