Description

KAV Technical Trading, a leading supplier of industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery in Riyadh, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and procure a wide range of industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery from local vendors within the Riyadh region.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and place purchase orders.
Process and maintain accurate purchase order documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
Support sales activities by providing information on product availability and pricing.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in local purchasing, preferably within the Riyadh region.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating with local vendors.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of the industrial, safety, building materials, tools, and machinery sector is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
