qualifications:
• minimum 5 years of gulf experience
• a degree or certification in structural engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
• proficiency in bim software (e.g., revit, navisworks, tekla, autocad).
• strong understanding of structural systems and building design.
• attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• excellent communication and teamwork skills.
key responsibilities:
• develop and manage bim models for structural engineering projects.
• collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to integrate design requirements.
• ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• identify and resolve design conflicts and inconsistencies.
• generate detailed drawings and reports from bim models as required.
• stay updated with advancements in bim software and best practices.
