Scope of Work

Disciplines:

Architectural Shop Drawings
Prepare high-quality shop drawings as per GCC standards, including:

Layouts

Schematics

As-built drawings
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations for GCC construction projects.

Price per sheet (negotiable based on project complexity and discipline).

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in preparing shop drawings for GCC projects.


Software Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Knowledge of Revit (a plus).


Knowledge of GCC Standards:

Familiarity with codes such as DEWA, SEWA, and other relevant regulations.


Timely Delivery:

Ability to produce quality outputs within deadlines.
