Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment for projects, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and documentation.
Handle the receipt, inspection, and issuance of goods while adhering to Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in storage and material handling.
Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to meet material requirements and delivery schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or store management are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, with at least 2 years on Saudi Aramco projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, materials, and inventory processes.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in storekeeping.
