We are a growing SME seeking a Transportation and Logistics Manager to lead and manage our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of goods, oversee supply chain activities, and enhance overall logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate transportation and logistics operations.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise staff and oversee operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to grow the business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for increasing revenue and client retention.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.
• Handle problem resolution related to shipping, inventory, and distribution.
Requirements:
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in transportation and logistics management.
• Education: Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian logistics regulations and practices.
• Proven ability to manage teams and optimize supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
