- Must have Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree
- Industrial Refrigeration Experience / similar industry of handling multiple large-scale projects.
- Preferred Experience in KSA Market
- Must have experience in Managing large operations teams including project managers, engineers, technicians and mechanical and electrical labors.
- Experience in developing and running successful operations for the company.
- Extremely good communication & negotiation skills.
- Must be fluent in English Language.
- Proven track record in managing multiple clients and developing strong client relationships.
- Must be excellent in management skills to meet client expectations, satisfaction and increasing profit margins for the company.
