Description

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, updates, and feedback.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams to address service requirements.
Provide clients with regular updates on manpower availability and deployment status.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and rental agreements for clients.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotes and proposals to support the sales team in closing deals.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and assist in follow-up for payment collection.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the manpower rental industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide support to both clients and internal teams.
Should have valid KSA Driving license
