Position Title :QA/QC Inspector Electrical and Instrumentation (Aramco Approved)
Location : Saudi Arabia
Certification - ARAMCO Approval, SAP , CBT
Experience- 8 -15 years

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Aramco approval as a QA/QC Inspector for Electrical and Instrumentation is mandatory.
Extensive experience in quality control for electrical and instrumentation works, particularly on Aramco projects.
Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, industry standards (such as IEC, NEC), and Aramco’s specific requirements.
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting E&I drawings, technical documents, and inspection test plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor all electrical and instrumentation installations, including wiring, control systems, and instrumentation, to ensure compliance with Aramco’s quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of E&I systems, including continuity, insulation resistance, and loop checks, to verify that installations meet the required standards.
Review and approve electrical and instrumentation drawings, method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and other related technical documentation.
Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or quality issues, and work with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Ensure that all E&I activities adhere to industry safety standards, regulations, and Aramco’s specific safety requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and the smooth progress of work.
Liaise with Aramco quality representatives and other stakeholders to ensure that all quality requirements are understood and met.
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records, including test results and quality control documentation.
Conduct audits and assessments of E&I works to ensure continuous compliance with quality standards.
Stay updated on industry standards, Aramco specifications, and advancements in electrical and instrumentation technology.
