Position Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Social Media Marketing & Web Management Coordinator to assist in managing our online presence and supporting the
day-to-day operations of our social media platforms and website. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing, website
management and content creation, looking to grow their career in this field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
o Assist in the creation and scheduling of daily posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor and engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
o Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and reach.
o Assist in developing social media campaigns to drive traffic and brand awareness.
o Help manage paid social media ads (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.), including setup, optimization, and reporting


• Website Management:
o Support the maintenance and updating of the company website using, Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or others.
o Assist in uploading and editing website content, images, posts, and product pages.
o Ensure website is functional, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.
o Collaborate with the web development team to troubleshoot any technical issues, SSL security enhancement or updates.
o Monitor website performance and assist with SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings.
Using artificial intelligence software in marketing and implementing advertising posters

• Content Creation:
o Assist in the creation of engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media and the website.
o Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals that align with the company’s brand identity.
o Help posts, promotions and product descriptions as needed; with Help of AI generation Content Creation.

• Reporting & Analytics:
o Track social media and website traffic metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns.
o Prepare monthly performance reports for social media platforms and website engagement.
o Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.


• Skills & Experience:
o Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and basic knowledge of social media
tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
o Basic knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
o Understanding of SEO principles, management & digital marketing strategies.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously.

• Technical Skills:
o Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
o Basic HTML, PHP, SSL, SQL, CSS knowledge (preferred but not required).
o Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta, or other analytics platforms.
o Familiar with AI (artificial intelligence) Content Creation (Writesonic, DeepAI, SocialBee, Hootsuite, MidJourney, Dall-E, etc.)
