**Job Title:** Safety Officer


**Job Summary:**
Ensure workplace safety, crowd management, and compliance with International standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies/procedures
* Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
* Provide safety training and awareness programs
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, laws, and regulations
* Maintain accurate safety records and reporting
* Collaborate with teams to identify hazards and implement controls
* Crowd Management:
+ Develop and implement crowd control plans for events/meetings
+ Ensure safe entry/exit procedures and emergency evacuation routes
+ Monitor crowd density and behavior to prevent incidents
**Requirements:**
* 3 years of experience National or International.
* Diploma in Health & Safety (H&S)
* International certifications:
+ NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
+ IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
* Proficient computer skills (MS Office, reporting software)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(English, Hindi,Urdu)
