Hello Everyone,

Our company is emerging MEP & Civil Contractor and supplier of different MEP items.

I need someone who can do part-time marketing & sales for our MEP products and projects containing variety of services and products.

IMPORTANT NOTE: “THIS JOB IS ONLY FOR COMMISSION BASIS, NO SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS.”

Below are the requirements and Terms & Conditions for this freelance part-time job:

1- He should have his own car.

2- He should have good connections with industries, main contractors/reputed construction companies and other clients. If he is currently working in marketing or sales job which is related to industries/construction/contracting then it will be very beneficial for us.

3- We will provide the essential knowledge of our products/services to the candidate. We will provide him Business Cards(our name) and Company Brochures and basic pitch in which he will communicate with the potential clients.

4- This is purely commission based job and no salary or others will be provided. If we are able to secure the project and PO will be issued along with advance payment, then 2-3% commission of total amount will be provided immediately from the advance amount.
Please note that these kind of projects/orders are high value so the commission will be heavy too.

5- He will visit several Industries, Factories, Malls, Hotel Buildings and other companies and meet their Maintenance Manager, Purchasing Manager and handover the company product brochure and short introduction of the company. He will collect their business cards and contact details and put in the Card Holder Book which will be provided by us. Then our engineer will contact those personnel and give technical information of our products in detail and clarify their misconceptions, if any.

6- If he is currently doing any job then he can continue his job and do this work as a part-time.

7- He should have good personality along with good communication & English language skills. As most of the clients will communicate in English language.

8- Persons residing in Riyadh will be preferred as we are based in Riyadh too.
People from other cities can contact also if you agreed on all terms.
