Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming vehicles, document client concerns, and perform initial assessments.
Communicate service timelines and progress updates to customers to ensure transparency.

Estimate Preparation and Approval:

Assess repair and maintenance needs, prepare detailed service estimates, and gain approval from clients before proceeding.

Task Assignment and Workflow Management:

Assign repair tasks to technicians based on expertise and availability, ensuring balanced and efficient workflow.
Monitor progress and troubleshoot any workflow issues to meet service deadlines.

Spare Parts Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory, maintain stock of essential spare parts, and liaise with suppliers for timely restocking.

Billing and Invoice Processing:

Prepare detailed billing statements, handle payment processing, and resolve any billing inquiries.

Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure all services meet quality standards and address any customer concerns to maintain high quality delivery
