Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FrameCad Operator to join our team at ISM PREFAB, a leading Portacabin manufacturer. As a FrameCad Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality, custom-built modular structures by operating FrameCad systems to design and manufacture frames for portacabins, modular buildings, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operate and maintain FrameCad equipment to fabricate steel frames and components for portacabins.
2.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
3.Ensure precision and quality control during the frame manufacturing process.
4.Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
5.Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.
6.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the FrameCad system or machinery.
7.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
8.Assist in the assembly and preparation of frames for final construction.
9.Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience operating FrameCad or similar CAD/CAM machinery.
2.Strong understanding of technical drawings and structural design principles.
3.Knowledge of steel framing techniques and modular construction processes.
4.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
5.Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.
6.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7.Familiarity with safety protocols and machine maintenance procedures.
8.Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the portacabin or modular building industry.
Certification in CAD/CAM operations or related fields.
