Job Description
A Patient Care Executive works at the front desk of a medical office providing assistance to patients and visitors. Patient Care Executive is responsible for maintaining the organization of a medical office, and ensuring that the medical environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families. Additionally,
> Welcomes to patients and visitors in person or on the telephone/mobile and answering or referring inquiries.
> Respond to Whatsapp, Instagram, messenger,E mail etc
> Optimizes patients, satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
> Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patients arrival
> Previous Experience same filed
> Computer proficiency and full proficiency in Medical Billing software
> Work under pressure
> Experience with health Insurance approval, Eligibility check, NPHIES and Insurance claim Process

Qualifications
> 1+ years of experience working as an Patient care executive or in a relevant role
> Familiarity with phone /mobile/ Computer System
> Previous experience with health Insurance approval, Eligibility check,NPHIES and Insurance claim Process
> Ability to work independently or as part of a team
> Strong verbal and written communication skills
> Above Vacancy must be prepared to work within a team any shift between 9 am 12 Midnight.

* Communication Skill in English,Hindi & Arabic
* Valid Transferable Iqama
