Description
Job Purpose Summary

A Senior Architectural BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and coordinating detailed BIM models for architectural projects. They ensure model accuracy, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain adherence to project standards. Expertise in BIM software like Revit and Navisworks is crucial for the role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Should have good knowledge in Revit Architecture
Create 3D BIM Models for Architectural discipline
Coordinate all aspects for the model (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical).
Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
Should have good experience in running clash detection, producing clash report & resolve the clashes
Creates/modify Revit families for design, ensuring all required data is accurately embedded
Creates Revit materials for design, ensuring material take-offs and cost data is accurately embedded
Creates and maintains the database for design leveraging software including all updates/maintenance required for adds/changes/retirement of design items
Has good experience in different types of projects such as mechanical facilities, hotels, office & Residential buildings, shopping malls, etc.
Preparing minimum Level of Development (LOD) 350 REVIT Models & Documentation, Extract quantities, creating schedules

Requirements
Qualifications / Education
Minimum Diploma in Architecture / 5+ years of related field experience using REVIT.

Specific Technical Expertise
Expert in BIM and authoring software such as Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, etc…

Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems.

Salary - 8000 to 11000 SR

Notice Period - Immediately or 1 week or 2 weeks or max 3 weeks
