We are leading constructional company which delivering high quality construction and infrastructure projects. Now we are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to project managers
Inspecting work to ensure it meets design specifications and industry standards
Managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skill
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing, and technical documents
Required Aramco Approval
