Area Manager Scoop of work,

• The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team
• The Area Manager must visit the restaurant as a daily routine and need to conduct the audits, including cash audits.

• overseeing the opening of new restaurants
• motivating and supporting restaurant managers with specific issues, such as staffing and business management
• implementing the company's business development strategies within the outlets in their area
• acting as a link between head office and restaurant managers
• standardizing systems and policies within outlets to meet the company's overall style or image
• reporting to head office on a weekly basis on business developments and challenges in their area
• Marketing and promotion of the business
• Ensure customer complaints and missing orders are communicated to the call center.
• Establishing standards for food quality, sanitation procedures, employee performance, and customer service, and enforcing these standards through regular inspections
• Overseeing the marketing efforts of the restaurant, including developing seasonal promotions and events that will attract new customers
• Training employees on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health codes.
Qualification & Experience
3 to 5 years of Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask
Required Degree in Hospitality Business Management or Food Service QSR / Hotel Management.
Progressive experience in managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service organizations
Salary Package from 5 to 6K
