About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics processes. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and overall warehouse productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire warehouse process.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a 3PL environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Forklift Experience (preferred).
