Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment and air conditioning units. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in reading and speaking Arabic, hold a valid manual driving license, and have no health issues that may affect their ability to perform the role. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our restaurants operate smoothly and meet the needs of our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens) and air conditioning systems in our restaurants.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to avoid downtime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams related to kitchen equipment.
Collaborate with restaurant management and team members to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
Maintain documentation related to equipment servicing and repairs performed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Drive to various restaurant locations as necessary to provide timely support and service.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as an electrical technician, specifically with kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
Proficient in reading and speaking Arabic.
Valid manual driving license.
No health issues that could hinder job performance.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
