we are looking to "bengali nationality" skilled Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations our employee camp. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Camp Boss will be responsible for managing resident details, supervising the camp and ensuring that all facilities are in top condition.




Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the camp is clean, safe, and compliant with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate routine inspections and manage any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks with the relevant team members.
Maintain accurate records of camp residents, including arrivals, departures, and occupancy details.
Manage the inventory of camp supplies, ensuring the availability of essential materials for daily operations.
Address issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to report on camp operations, maintenance needs, and staff performance.
Enforce camp rules and regulations, maintaining order and ensuring the well-being of all residents.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in camp management or a similar role, with strong leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of facility maintenance, health and safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
Effective communication skills to manage staff and address resident concerns.
Ability to work in remote or challenging environments, ensuring smooth camp operations.
