We're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive with a solid track record in the construction and event sectors to drive sales and foster client relationships. You'll be tasked with lead generation, client engagement, understanding client needs, and sales coordination to meet targets.
Responsibilities:

* Identify potential construction and event management industry clients and generate leads.
* Network with architects, contractors, and developers.
* Understand client requirements and market conditions.
* Provide our services and develop tailored solutions with our technical team.
* Manage proposals, quotes, and contracts, and close deals to hit sales goals.
* Deliver post-sales service to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain precise records in our CRM ( CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) and attend industry events for networking.
* Keep informed on market and industry developments.
* Engage with colleagues for knowledge-sharing and strategy improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Business / marketing / engineering or similar.
* Proven sales success in construction.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal savviness.
* Proficiency in CRM software and strong product and construction knowledge.
* Ability to read architectural plans and work both independently and in a team.
* Valid driver's license
* Transferable iqama
