Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for ongoing projects
Oversee inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Lead a team of QC inspectors and supervisors, providing guidance and training
Collaborate with projects managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues
Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations
Prepare quality reports and conduct regular audits of processes and procedures
Investigate and resolve non-conformities or defects to prevent recurrence

Qualifications

A Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Required Aramco Approval
