Join our team as an Facilities Operations Engineer- Facilities Operations Management and help keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. We’re seeking an experienced professional with a passion for ensuring optimal operations, safety, and reliability of our facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts related to fire safety, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and utility services, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and performance standards, and share quarterly reports.
• Utilize CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems for effective management of maintenance activities, asset tracking, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure effective vendor management by coordinating with vendors to ensure maintenance and repairs meet quality standards.
• Supervise custodial staff and manage tenants’ complaints.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations regarding building systems (Civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire safety).
• Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Support staff scheduling, task delegation, and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, emergency drills, and maintain safety documentation.
• Assist in managing the facility's operational budget, including tracking expenses.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and supplies for facility maintenance.
• Act as a point of contact for facility-related queries from occupants and the marketing department.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, expenses, and other relevant metrics to support management decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in facility operations or maintenance roles.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred certifications include CFPS, Facility Management Professional (FMP), OSHA Safety Certification, and knowledge of ISO standards.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and building maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Conditions:
• Must be available for emergencies and able to work outside of regular business hours.
• Ability to perform inspections, including climbing ladders and lifting items up to 25 kg occasionally.
