Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Remote Area Clinic Supervisor to oversee the establishment and operational management of clinics in remote locations. This pivotal role requires expertise in healthcare management, staff training, compliance, and cross-departmental coordination to deliver seamless medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clinic Setup: Assess and fulfill initial requirements for clinic establishment, including infrastructure, equipment, and operational readiness.
• Staffing: Recruit, interview, and onboard male nurses, ambulance drivers, and other healthcare professionals for remote clinics.
• Training and Development: Train clinic staff in medical procedures, emergency protocols, and ARAMCO/JHAH compliance standards.
• Compliance and Documentation:
o Prepare documentation for ARAMCO, JHAH, and MMSR audits.
o Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of medical equipment.
o Generate and manage reports on clinic performance and resource usage.
• Coordination:
o Work closely with HR, administration, procurement, sales, and business development teams to ensure the smooth establishment and operation of clinics.
o Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure uninterrupted clinic functionality.
• Operational Excellence:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic efficiency, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
o Handle challenges in remote operations with effective problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare management, preferably in remote or challenging environments.
• In-depth knowledge of MOH, MMSR, ARAMCO, and JHAH healthcare standards.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team training and development.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities for compliance, audit preparation, and operational improvement.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
