Job Title: TUV Rigger Level 3

On local transfer bases for Neom Project.

Job Summary:
To plan, supervise, and execute rigging operations, ensuring compliance with T?V standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

Lead and oversee rigging teams during operations.
Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments before beginning work.
Serve as the main point of contact for resolving on-site rigging issues.

Technical Expertise:

Interpret rigging plans, blueprints, and lift plans to ensure proper execution.
Determine appropriate rigging methods, load limits, and equipment usage.
Assess and mitigate risks in complex rigging scenarios.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all rigging activities adhere to T?V standards, industry regulations, and company safety policies.
Inspect rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains, and pulleys) to ensure they are in good condition and certified for use.
Monitor the safety of workers and equipment during operations.

Training and Mentorship:

Train and mentor junior riggers on proper rigging techniques and T?V standards.
Provide feedback on team performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain detailed lift plans, risk assessments, and other operational documents.
Report incidents, equipment failures, and safety violations promptly.

Coordinate with management and clients to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

T?V Rhineland Level 3 Rigger Certification (or equivalent recognized certification).

Extensive experience in rigging operations, with proven expertise in handling complex tasks.

Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety standards.

Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), OSHA, or equivalent.
Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and lift plans.

Skills Required:

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and fitness for demanding rigging tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of professional rigging experience.
Experience in high-risk industries like oil and gas, heavy lifting, or construction.
Knowledge of advanced rigging techniques, such as tandem lifts or heavy load handling
