We are seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out & Finishes Engineer to join our team for an immediate, high-priority project. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive implementation plans
* Prepare detailed Method Statements for each task
* Manage material submittals and approvals
* Source, procure, and deliver quality materials to the site
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
* Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols
* Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Document project progress, including MIRs, IRs, and handover documentation

Qualifications:

* Minimum 8 years of experience in Fit-Out & Finishes in Saudi Arabia preferably with an engineering degree
* Valid Saudi Driver's License and personal vehicle
* Freelance visa (sponsorship transfers not considered)

Compensation:

* SAR 6,000 per month
