Description

A new Riyadh-based company is seeking for a skilled Facility Manager with very good experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in managing mechanical, electrical, and related maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of facilities maintenance projects.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to ensure project completion and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, project status, and budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of GCC experience in facilities maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facilities management.
Good communication skills in English, and Arabic is a plus
