Key Responsibilities

- Evaluation of technical drawings along with architectural elements.

- Ensure designs incorporate technical systems like firefighting, HVAC, and electrical setups.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Evaluate building plans for feasibility, compliance, and technical accuracy.

- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and architects throughout the project lifecycle.



Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience as an Architectural Engineer, preferably in residential projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup
