Description

Quick Way Logistics, a leading logistics service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Coordinator to oversee courier operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations by effectively managing schedules, monitoring performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Roster Management:
○ Assign daily and weekly rosters to couriers for multiple projects.
○ Plan and manage couriers' off days without disrupting operations.

2. Performance Monitoring:
○ Track and evaluate couriers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
○ Ensure all clients' last-mile delivery requirements are met (e.g. Hunger Station, Keeta, Jahez, Starlinks).

3. Reporting:
○ Prepare and send daily project-wise performance reports to management.

4. Communication and Coordination:
○ Serve as the point of contact between couriers, clients, and the management team.
○ Resolve any operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

5. Compliance and Standards:
○ Ensure couriers comply with company policies and client standards.
○ Assist in training couriers on best practices and operational procedures.

6. Optimization:
○ Identify areas for improvement in last-mile operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
○ Assist in implementing new systems or processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and other reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic (Urdu/Hindi is an advantage).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid residency/work visa in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
