Requirement for Maintenance Planner
Minimum Experience:
1. 3-5 Years for Graduate Engineers, 7 years for Diploma Engineers
Job Specific Skills:
1. Knowledge in Planning tools preferably SAP or P-6 Primavera/ Project Management
2. Problem Solving and Decision Making
3. Communication Skills
4. Computer literate
5. Self-management
6. People Development
7. Interpersonal Skills
Work Knowledge:
1. Work Scope Development, Cost Estimation, Detailed Planning, Schedule creation and Progress Reporting
2. SAP/ P-6 Primavera
3. Awareness on Maintenance Methods, Maintenance Procedures and Standards
4. Knowledge in Reliability Centered Maintenance
5. Read and interpret P & IDs and technical drawings
6. Safety Procedures and SHEQ
7. Working principles and use of basic Mechanical/ Electrical and instrument Equipment and machinery
8. Knowledge in basic Mechanical/ Electrical and Instrument Terminologies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and schedule day to day plant activities in coordination with operations for handing over the equipment.
2. Periodically review work backlogs, and plan and schedule for execution
3. Plans relative requirements (manpower, spares and services) before maintenance execution in coordination with Procurement.
4. Coordinates with contractors essential to complete the maintenance works.
5. Coordinate with Maintenance supervisors to achieve effective maintenance KPIs and targets and reporting
6. Follows PM programs and ensures PM compliance and attainment.
7. Involves in Turn Around and Shutdown Planning.
8. Develops a look ahead plan for unplanned shutdowns and Turn Around
