About Us:

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector to join our dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform coating inspections and ensure adherence to NACE Level 1 standards.
• Inspect surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes for compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct coating thickness measurements, adhesion tests, and other quality control checks.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all findings.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
• Identify, document, and report coating defects or non-conformities.
• Assist in troubleshooting coating issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of coating activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• NACE Level 1 Coating Inspector certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in coating inspections and corrosion control.
• Proficiency in using coating inspection tools such as coating thickness gauges and holiday detectors.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating materials, and application methods.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., SSPC, ASTM, ISO).
• Previous experience in oil & gas, industrial, or marine sectors is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in coating inspection.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inspection software.
