We are urgently seeking three HSE Administrators for our client’s project at a Phosphate Plant in the Eastern Province.

The HSE Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) department by ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. The role involves maintaining and monitoring safety records, reporting incidents, conducting audits, and assisting in the implementation of HSE programs to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.

Training and Awareness
Safety Equipment and PPE
Documentation and Record Keeping
Environmental Compliance
Safety Culture Promotion
Regulatory Liaison

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications: NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred. First Aid, CPR, and fire safety training is an advantage.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards specific to mining, chemical, or oil & gas sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
