Outlines the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for the role. The position reports to the Head Projects Management and is based in Saudi Arabia. The main purpose of the job is to manage all aspects of assigned projects to support the company's business plans and strategies.

*Job Purpose*

- Manage all aspects of assigned projects
- Support company's business plans and strategies
- Work under the guidance of the head of department

*Skill may be required:-

*Main Accountabilities and Tasks

- Proper handover from sales to involved departments and teams
- Arrange timely client and internal kick-off meetings, Manage all relevant SLEs.
- Keep business dashboards and systems updated
- Act as main focal point with customers during project execution
- Liaise between different teams to ensure timely actions
- Overall responsibility for project deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with key functions within SSPC
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and adherence to budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Manage on-time invoicing, Gross Profit, and Cash forecasts
- Manage project finances in accordance with forecasts
- Work with Document Controller to manage related documentation
- Manage claims during execution phase with clients and sub-vendors
- Identify and win change orders to enhance project GP
- Document critical records and events to protect the company

*Desired Experience and Qualifications*
Min. 5 Yrs. Expirence and candidate avaiable in Saudi Arabia only.
- Technical background in mechanical with MBA first prefence, BE or Diploma in Mechinical.
- Relevant experience within related industry preferred
- Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment
- Supplier/Customer management experience
- Good English language , Arabic it will advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and Projects
