Assistant Manager Pest Control

Role:-
1. Develop, lead, motivate and inspire a professional team enabling them to meet both personal and business targets. Provide clear operational direction and support to team.
2. Monitor and evaluate performance levels of employees. Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance Indicators
3. Demonstrate leadership and management.
4. Proactively manage and take ownership of issues. Seek equitable and creative solutions to problems.
5. Generate and submit the assigned reports to concerned management.
6. Maintain safety measures in a professional way.
7. Ensure that all the team are following the correct procedure of safety for public as well as them. Enforcing Safety Procedure on daily basis.
8. Able to priorities work and meet deadlines. Maintain accuracy when under pressure.
9. Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
10. Takes ownership of issues. Seeks equitable and creative solutions to problems. Manages by example.
11. Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong and professional presentation, written and verbal skills.

Requirement:-
• Minimum 5 years experience or management experience related to Pest Management Services will be added advantage
• Ready to relocate anywhere within KSA
• Driving license and gulf experience will be added benefit
